Hello Shipmates,
I am in the process of writing a book about my experiences aboard the USS NEWPORT NEWS from 1971-1972.
I would like input from other shipmates. I would like to have a chapter dedicated to you if you want to have something to say. I will write about experiences we had while on board including the explosion and the aftermath. I know several responded to the the request late last year but I lost all that info when my computer crashed and I lost everything.
